THE PLATFORM

The first data layer for the GI tract.

An ingestible sensor that measures where things happen in the gut, and a model that reads it.

Forward-looking. Applications beyond research use are not yet cleared by regulators.

THE PROBLEM

Every gut test today is blind or invasive.

None of them shows where, or when, something happens inside.

Stool

Aggregated.

A mix of the whole gut, after the fact. No location.

Blood

Systemic.

Signals from everywhere, not what happens locally in the gut.

Colonoscopy

Invasive.

One look at the wall, hard to repeat.

Wearables

Downstream.

Heart rate, oxygenation, bowel sounds: measured as after-the-fact snapshots.

THE PROBLEMS

The gut keeps its biggest problems hidden.

GLP-1 side effects

The most famous gut peptide.

Gut distress is the most common medical side effect of GLP-1 therapy. Non-responders point to underlying gut disorders, and natural GLP-1 production may itself be chemistry driven. The gut chemistry behind all of this goes unmeasured.

Inflammation

A longevity killer.

Clinical and sub-clinical inflammation are a major burden and a driver of aging. Today they are inferred from blood, not measured where they start.

Colorectal cancer

Rising in the young.

CRC is increasing in younger adults, while screening stays invasive and episodic. There is a need for at-home early signals.

Longevity

“Disease begins in the gut.” — Hippocrates

The gut is central to our health. Yet we measure only downstream snapshots, or wait for invasive cancer screening. We want to be there before cancer becomes visual.

Every one of these problems shares the same gap: the gut itself is not measured.

WHY GLP-1 FIRST

A large population, and a gut-driven problem.

25 million

US adults expected on a GLP-1 by 2030.

64.8%

of patients without diabetes stop within twelve months.

Transit

is how the drug acts on the gut, and what our capsule measures.

WHY NOW

The timing is right.

GLP-1 therapy may be the most disruptive medication since antibiotics — a speculative claim — for one of the most common human killers: obesity.

GLP-1 prices are falling. Global use is growing, and so is the share of users who drop out because of side effects.

Telehealth providers and obesity clinics are in a competitive war. Differentiation and premium support matter.

BUSINESS MODEL

From research to a decision layer.

  1. Now

    Research customers

  2. Next

    Clinics and telehealth

  3. Then

A decision layer for clinics and payers

  4. Later
