What we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: name, email, organization or firm, role, country, LinkedIn URL and your message or research question. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising tools.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, plan a study, follow up on a deck request, or reply to a contact message. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless a contract requires longer retention. [Retention period to be confirmed.]
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
